Sophrology can be practised at any age. 

Because it's never too late to feel better in body and mind.

Getting on in life means getting older. But how do you age well? How do you advance in age and continue to be active and feel good about your life?

The challenge of old age is to maintain the energy we need to do the things we enjoy. 

 

Sophrology is a method that can help us to live more serenely in old age,

reduce stress and reinforce joy in everyday life. 

 

This mind-body training method helps you to :

- Reinforce a feeling of vitality and energy

- Improve attention and memory

- Rediscover quality sleep

The sophrology exercises I propose for older people are specially adapted to their age. They can be practised sitting or standing, depending on ability.

 

I have been working for several years with the Maison de Retraite du Petit-Saconnex, where I have the pleasure of offering weekly individual sessions and group classes.

 

Ageing well is a major issue in our society, and I'm delighted to be making my contribution.
