What happens during a session ?
- We start with a moment of discussion during which you express your needs.
- Then, we practice a technique together, in a sitting or standing posture, face to face. I accompany you with my voice but you participate actively throughout the session.
- Finally, we share on your feelings, your experience of the session.
The exercise is recorded, and this recording will be used to train you every day between each session.
Daily personal training is essential. It contributes to the efficiency of the method.
The practice can be done in all dress or casual, comfortable in all cases.
Sessions and courses can be in French or English
Individual session
Price / 1 hour: CHF 130
The session takes place in the office or by Visio
Future Parents session - Childbirth support
Couple session (duration 1h30): CHF 200
The session takes place in the office or at the parents' home whenever possible
Group session
Individuals: CHF 30 / person or 10 lessons' pack : CHF 250
for a 1-hour session in a group of 5 to 10 people
Companies: on estimate according to needs
The session takes place in the Company or another place of choice or by visioconference
Payment in cash or by TWINT
Any appointment cancelled less than 24 hours in advance is due.
